Ahuva Magder is a Registered Dietitian with a special focus on paediatric health, picky eating, healthy food introduction, and allergy management.
Ahuva is a clinical research Dietitian in the Food Allergy Program at the Hospital for Sick Children. She has developed and implemented clinic-wide protocols to improve patient care and counsels children and their families on the elimination of allergenic foods while maintaining a healthy diet to support growth. She is involved with a number of research projects in the department .
Ahuva also supports other Community Pediatric clinics , working with children and their families to promote healthy eating, healthy growth and healthy relationships with food in the future.
Ahuva holds a Masters of Applied Nutrition from the University of Guelph and a Bachelors of Applied Nutrition with Honours from Ryerson University. Ahuva is a member of the College of Dietitian of Ontario, Dietitians of Canada, and Canadian Celiac Association
