Dr. Tara Gelman, MD, FRCP(C)

Dr. Tara Gelman studied medicine at the university of Toronto, where she graduated with honors. She completed her Pediatric Residency program at the Hospital for Sick Children. Dr .Gelman has been practicing primary care pediatrics and general consulting pediatrics since graduation in 2005. Dr. Gelman takes a special interest in the emotional and physical well being of her patients. Dr. Gelman also enjoys teaching medical students and residents.

As the mother of three young boys, Dr. Gelman is well versed in the work – home balance and the challenges faced as a working mom.
